Heritage Fair

On April 10th, students at Maitland District Elementary School participated in their school-based Heritage Fair. The students learned about researching, presenting and public speaking while preparing their projects. 

The three top projects:

1st place: The Shubenacadie Wildlife Park, Eric Brightman, Grade 5.

2nd place: Cox Bros. Poultry Farm, Zach Sherman, Grade 6.

3rd place: The Expulsion of the Acadians, Kathleen Lawrence, Grade 4.
