Improving Busing, One Address at a Time!

CCRSB News:

This week, parents and guardians across CCRSB are receiving report cards for students in grades Primary to 12. Part of the package going home for students in grades Primary to 8 includes a request for confirmation of students’ civic addresses. Students in grades 9 to 12 are confirming their civic address at school.

Why are we asking for you to confirm where students live?
CCRSB has invested in a new, online busing management system – BusPlanner – that will allow us to more efficiently organize routes, track buses and student travel, and allow parents/guardians to access information about busing through the school board website. For BusPlanner to work, we need all of our students correct civic addresses updated in PowerSchool.

It only takes a few minutes to confirm or update your address. Once you’ve filled out the form, send it back to school with your child or drop it off at the school office.

Questions about this process should be directed to your child’s school.

Thank you for your help to update our records and improve our ability to plan and deliver busing throughout CCRSB!
