On a recent visit to Atlantic Canada, Calgary police officer and anti-bullying educator, Tad Milmine spoke to Grade 5 to 12 students a River Hebert District School, as well as students at Amherst Regional High School and Springhill Jr./Sr. High School, about the power of self-image, resilience, bullying, understanding, and acceptance. Tad spoke to the students about his experiences as a youth, his dream to be a police officer, and how a news article about Jamie Hubley guides his work to "not only change lives, but save them!"  Tad's message to students was simple - be positive, seek to understand others, and give unconditional acceptance to all human beings.
