CCRSB now accepting applications for Early French Immersion & Middle French Immersion
The Chignecto-Central Regional School Board (CCRSB) is now accepting applications for students interested in enrolling in Early French Immersion, as well as Middle French Immersion (Pictou County only). The application deadline for both programs is February 3, 2017. Students do not need a background in French to find success in Early French Immersion or Middle French Immersion.
Early French Immersion (Grade Primary entry) is offered at Truro Elementary School, AG Baillie Memorial School, Elmsdale District Elementary and Spring Street Academy.
Information packages (including application forms) are available at all elementary schools, at each Family of Schools Office and at the CCRSB Central Office in Truro, as well as daycares throughout the CCRSB region. Information can also be downloaded by clicking here.
Middle French Immersion (Grade 4 entry) is only available in Pictou County and is offered at AG Baillie Memorial School, Frank H. MacDonald Elementary School and West Pictou Consolidated School.

All planned Optional French Program information sessions for parents and guardians are on hold until further notice. Parents or guardians with questions should contact the French Program Services Department at 902-897-8965 or 1-800-770-0008 (toll-free in Nova Scotia).
